Quotes can be sent directly to your customers and clients through Centroliz’s built in mailing system. As soon as the quote is accepted by the customer it can be transformed into a sales order at your command.

Sales orders mark the official start of the sale between your company and the customer and track the progress and status of the various stages that must be completed.

The sales order screen contains information about the customer, product, contract, pricelist, warehouse, delivery methods, and everything else relating to the sale. Once everything is confirmed the invoice is generated.

Invoices can be full, split or partial depending on the requirement. Next, if necessary, physical products are then transferred from the company location to the client location.

The screen below shows the entire flow of sales, from quotation, through to sales order to completed sale. The sales order is the base which all other related documents are created from including invoices, delivery orders/notes and more.

Because Centroliz manages every aspect of your business you can easily control movements between warehouses and locations straight from the sales order. This also means that reservations are automatically made to your stock once a sales order is created. This means that you’ll always know exactly how much stock you have available.

For example, if you have 100 televisions in stock and you create a new sales order for 20 televisions, your ‘available’ stock will automatically reduce to 80 televisions, while your ‘reserved’ quantity will increase to 20. If a new client asks to buy 100 televisions, Centroliz will alert you that you that the most you can sell is 80, since 20 are already reserved under a previous sales order.
