Centroliz assigns various states to your assets depending on their current status. For example, an asset may be broken or undergoing repairs or maintenance.

Prevention is always the best policy when it comes to avoiding asset breakdown or malfunction. That’s why Centroliz allows you to plan maintenance schedules for assets on a case by case basis. For example, ‘office furniture’ could undergo maintenance once a year while, ‘computers’ could be reviewed more frequently.

Maintenance Request System

When an asset breaks down, a maintenance request can be submitted for approval to fix the item. Information about the asset and the issue are logged, and once approved by a staff member with appropriate permissions, a ‘Maintenance Order’ is generated which records the activity surrounding the repair and maintenance of the asset.

As with all departments on Centroliz, the staff that handle repairs and maintenance are instantly notified when a new maintenance request is filed. Depending on your business type, you may require a specialist to assess the equipment before the asset is officially sent for maintenance. Centroliz allows you to do this by setting certain employees as official ‘approvers’ of maintenance requests.
