Centroliz has a built in mechanism to swiftly organise payments and invoices that aren’t tied to specific transactions. Centroliz already minimises the occurrence of these entries, however if they do appear due to employee error or other factors, Centroliz can reconcile in a number of ways.

Firstly, an automatic reconciliation can be made. If a customer has made a payment that matches an invoice, Centroliz can automatically reconcile the entries. If this fails, due to non-matching amounts for example, a manual reconciliation can be made. Centroliz lists all entries waiting to be reconciled in a simple list making it easy to match each item to its corresponding transaction.

Analytic Accounts can be attributed to anything that you can imagine, letting you see the costs and revenue for that specific element. For example, if you’re working on a project made up of various stages, you could tie a specific Analytic Account to each stage. This would let you track the exact costs or revenue from each stage rather than the project as a whole. You could also track the cost of a specific employee within one of these stages. Centroliz allows you to create multiple Budgetary Positions that you need to work within. For example, you could create Expense Budget, Sales Budget and Salary Budget Positions. With the Budget Positions in place, a new Budget can be created. Each Budget is managed by adding various budget lines which are assigned a ‘Planned Amount’ of spend (negative for expenses and positive for revenue). Budgets are then calculated to show the ‘Practical Amount’ and ‘Theoretical Amount’ which deliver insights into your business’ capacity to align to the planned budgets.
